Islamabad: Minister of State for Foreign Affairs Hina Rabbani Khar met with Indonesian Foreign Minister Ritno Marsudi and discussed issues of bilateral regional interest.
According to the Foreign Office, the meeting between the two leaders took place on the occasion of the meeting of special envoys on Afghanistan under the auspices of the United Nations.
During the meeting, issues of bilateral interest and regional situation were reviewed. Hina Rabbani Khar emphasized the importance of the international community taking credible steps in support of the people of Afghanistan.
The meeting of special representatives on Afghanistan has been called by the Secretary General of the United Nations in Doha, Qatar.
