Punjab Governor Muhammad Baligh ur Rehman says teachings of Hazrat Syed Ali Hajveri (RA) are needed to solve contemporary and cultural issues in society.
He stated this while addressing the inaugural ceremony of three day International Tasawuf Conference in Lahore today.
He said that establishment of welfare society can be possible by implementing the teachings of Hazrat Syed Ali Hajveri (RA).
The Governor said that it is necessary to promote inter-religious harmony and inter-religious dialogue & combat factors of extremism and terrorism.
Earlier, Punjab Governor Muhammad Baligh ur Rehman paid a visit at the shrine of Sufi saint Hazrat Ali Bin Usman Al Hajveri, Data Ganj Baksh (RA) in Lahore today.He also offered prayer for the progress, development and the stability of the country.
