Lahore: Punjab rejected the interim bail application of Usman Buzdar on the basis of withdrawal, after which there is a fear of arrest.
The judge of the Accountability Court of Lahore heard the case of assets in excess of income.
The court inquired where Usman Buzdar is, he did not appear even today.
Lawyer Barrister Momin Malik said that we have requested to withdraw Usman Buzdar’s interim bail application.
The learned judge said to present Usman Buzdar and then withdraw the application.
Usman Buzdar’s lawyer, Barrister Momin Malik, took a position that NAB does not want to arrest Usman Buzdar.
If necessary, after some time, they will file the interim bail again.
Usman Buzdar cannot appear due to ill health.
The court asked the investigating officer whether you want the arrest of Usman Buzdar.
On which the investigating officer said that the inquiry is still going on, they will call for the investigation.
Arrest warrants will be issued after 6 months.
