Punjab Governor Muhammad Baligh ur Rehman says Christian community is playing pivotal role in various sectors for progress and development of the country.
He stated this while speaking at a cake cutting ceremony in connection with Christmas at the Governor House in Lahore today.
He said that minorities enjoy complete economic, political and religious freedom in the country.
He also greeted Christian community in Pakistan and across the globe.
On this occasion, Senator Kamran Michael said we have to remember flood affectees on this Christmas. He said that salaries of all Christian employees should be paid by December 20.
