Srinagar: People’s Democratic Party chief Mehbooba Mufti has said that Kashmiris are facing the threat of their survival because the BJP government in India is looting the resources of Jammu and Kashmir like the East India Company in the subcontinent.
In the meeting chaired by Mehbooba Mufti in Srinagar, the resolution passed said that special settlements are being built to settle non-Kashmiri Hindus in the occupied area while local people are being forcibly evicted.
The resolution renewed the determination of Kashmiris to continue their peaceful democratic struggle for the restoration of their constitutional rights.
Mehbooba Mufti also demanded the immediate release of all Kashmiri political detainees.
