Punjab Minister for Primary and Secondary Healthcare Dr Akhtar Malik has said vacant seats in health department will be filled on merit.
He stated this during a meeting in Lahore today.
He said that performance of health department will improve after new recruitment.
He said recruitment will be made soon in hospitals run under the umbrella of Punjab Health Facilities Management Company.
The Minister said recruitment of para medical staff and technologists will be made on contract.
