Karachi: The Oil and Gas Regulatory Authority (OGRA) has dismissed speculations of a hike in petrol and diesel prices.
Spokesman Ogra Imran Ghaznavi said that the speculations about the prices of petrol and diesel are wrong, misleading speculations are being made in media, false rumors should be avoided in public interest.
It should be noted that there are rumors in the media and social media about an increase in petrol price by Rs 80 per liter and that petrol is not available at the pumps.The reason for this increase is due to the IMF’s strict conditions for disbursing loans.
