Capital Development Authority has restored the NOC of Park View City Islamabad. In the light of the decision and orders of Supreme Court of Pakistan, Regional Director Planning of Capital Development Authority has issued proper notification in this regard. It is mentionable that Supreme Court has already cancelled the decision to suspend the NOC of Park View City which has now been implemented as well. The management of Park View City Islamabad has lauded this decision and expressed their satisfaction over the step taken by CDA.
