Reacting strongly in response to the press conference of Punjab Minister Mian Aslam Iqbal, CEO of Park View City Mr. Shoaib Siddiqui has said that the Punjab Government has proved to be vindictive and committed heinous crime which has no justification. He added that Government has not yet decided whether this matter of the housing society is under the jurisdiction of Ravi Urban Development Authority (RODA) or is under control of Lahore Development Authority (LDA) because Park View City was served first notice on September 01 while RUDA also sent a letter on September 14 on the same issue. He pointed out that Park View City has already got an injunction by court after which the action taken by RUDA was clear violation of Court orders. Shoaib Siddiqui questioned Mian Aslam Iqbal that why he is lying in front of the cameras just to please his master and why he does not talk about the crores of rupees earned in the name of him and his brothers’ gambling dens and a private bakery. Parkview Society CEO Shoaib Siddiqui clarified that the society was taken over in 2010 from the River Edge administration, which was having all NOCS including LDA and in 2012 its extension was applied to LDA as per rules and regulations and moreover all the new blocks were extended in the society as per law. Shoaib Siddiqui reiterated that the administration stands with the resident members of Park View Society and investors and their all rights will be fully protected.In response to a question, Shoaib Siddiqui said that till yesterday, Abdul Aleem Khan was acceptable who was spending on PTI and was bringing Parliamentarians in his plane for Imran Khan. Even today, the Punjab Government is actually disturbed because Abdul Aleem Khan is paying crores of rupees to the owners whose land is being taken for housing society instead of RUDA. Shoaib Siddiqui said that Aslam Iqbal should remember that we have clean and clear record because we left PTI when Abdul Aleem Khan was the Senior Minister of Punjab and I was the Provincial General Secretary of the party. He mentioned that we joined PMLN not for any post which we proved as well. He warned that Mian Aslam Iqbal should not make a drama of being loyal to the king more than the king. He mentioned that one should not play for “Fitna Khan” and keep in mind that many secrets are laying with us including RTS and petition of NA 122. Shoaib Siddiqui, CEO of Park View Society, explained that for all these matters, the Court has already been approached and there is also a petition in the High Court tomorrow morning while the right to go to the court again is reserved for that the Punjab Police has done unlawfully. Shoaib Siddiqui further said in a conversation with journalists that Abdul Aleem Khan’s only difference with Imran Khan was the incompetence and corrupt rule of Usman Buzdar in Punjab, on which instead of admitting the facts, stubbornness was shown and now he has been replaced by a big “dacoit” who is being represented as a front man by Mian Aslam Iqbal. He asked that the Senior Minister would explain under which law he has become the Chairman of that development agency of whome which his own department. Moreover, people of Punjab question that for what are the services of Ch Pervaiz Elahi and Aslam Iqbal for the party? Shoaib Siddiqui expressed his determination that apart from all these one sided and vindictive activities of Punjab Government the administration of Park View society fully stands with sale partners and society residents for which we will protect their each and every penny spent over there.
