A Pakistani national who had arrived in Saudi Arabia to perform Umrah suffered a heart attack in the Prophet’s Mosque and was saved by immediate medical attention.

According to Saudi media, a 70-year-old Pakistani elderly man’s health deteriorated in the courtyard of the Prophet’s Mosque, and he received immediate medical attention.The medical team at Masjid Nabawi (PBUH) immediately provided ambulance services to the Pakistani national, during which it was determined that the elderly man had suffered a heart attack and was having difficulty breathing.

According to the media report, during this time, the elderly person’s heart stopped for ten minutes, the medical staff immediately gave CPR to the elderly person, as well as electric shocks, which led to the fact that the weak person died after 10 minutes The heartbeat was restored.Later, the elderly man was transferred to Al-Safia Health Center where he was discharged after his condition improved.

It should be noted that since the beginning of the year, 7 cases of heart attacks have been reported in Masjid Nabawi.
