Caretaker Punjab Chief Minister directed the officials for crackdown against miscreants and gangsters across the province.
He stated this while chairing a meeting on law and order situation of the province.The meeting reviewed the measures for protection of lives and people.
During the meeting, the Inspector General Police briefed the meeting about law and order situation in the province.
Addressing the meeting, the caretaker Chief Minister Mohsin Naqvi said that nobody is allowed to spread anarchy in the name of the religion and such elements will be dealt with iron hands.He said that no linenacy will be made with law violators. He said that nobody allowed to destroy peace of the province.The meeting decided to take measures to stop financing of such elements.
Mohsin Naqvi also paid tribute to martyrs who foiled the terrorists attack on Kundal Checkpost in Mainwali.
