Lahore: Chairman Tehreek-e-Insaf Imran Khan has prepared a special power of attorney.
Imran Khan has nominated lawyer Naeem Panjotha as his replacement for court proceedings. Naeem Panjotha will have the authority to file applications and appeals in the courts.
Imran Khan has said in the special power of attorney that he cannot appear in civil and criminal cases due to his busy schedule, Naeem Panjotha also has the authority to record a statement on my behalf.
