Provincial Minister Ibrahim Hassan Murad arrived in China along with a delegation on the instructions of the Chief Minister of Punjab. Along with him, Federal Minister of Industry and Commerce Gohar Ijaz and a ten-member delegation to represent the Pakistani business community also reached China. According to the details, a ten-member delegation led by the Minister Ibrahim Hassan visited the Farming Technology Company of Artificial Intelligence. The delegation included well-known businessmen Fawad Mukhtar, Farooq Naseem, Zubair Tufail, Shahzad Malik, etc.while DG Asif Khan of the Ministry of Commerce was also present in the meeting. In the important meeting, the Chinese company and the delegation agreed to sign an MoU and increase efficiency and productivity.
The delegation expressed its determination that the National Agenda of National Food Security will be brought to completion. On this occasion, Provincial Minister Ibrahim Hassan Murad said that the goal is to bring investment in Punjab province while on a five-day official visit, more important meetings will also be held in Beijing and Shanghai. He further said that the delegation will hold meetings with Chinese businessmen, investment firms and industry leaders.
The purpose of the visit is to promote economic and technical cooperation and explore opportunities for mutual development and partnership between Punjab and China, while cooperation in various fields including livestock and information technology will also be discussed.
