Punjab Minister for Parlimentary Affairs Muhammad Basharat Raja said transparent elections could be possible only through Electronic Voting Machines.
He stated this during a meeting with First Political Secretary of European Union Ms Delarde Telane in Lahore today.
Speaking on the occasion, the Minister said that Punjab government is ready for holding local bodies elections.
Matters of electoral reforms and local bodies elections were discussed during the meeting.
