A meeting was held in Lahore today regarding arrangements of Jashan-e-Baharan with Caretaker Chief Minister Punjab Mohsin Naqvi in chair.
The meeting was told that several ceremonies began in Lahore and Faisalabad today in connection with Jashan-e-Baharan.
It was also informed that it is first time that all arrangements regarding Jashan-e-Baharan are being sponsored and no penny is being spent by the provincial government.
It was also told that food fun mela has started in Jillani Park that continue in till 12 this month where musical show will be held everyday at Lahore Hockey Stadium.
Women Mushaira will on held Wednesday in connection with International women day while Marathon Race Competition on this Saturday which will also include 42-kilometer cyclothon.
