Former Governor Punjab Chudhary Muhammad Sarwar met PPP leader MPA Syed Hassan Murtaza in Lahore today.
Matters of mutual interest and overall political and economic situation of the country were discussed during the meeting.
The meeting also reviewed the situation after the disoulation of Punjab Assembly.
Speaking on the occasion, the PPP leader Syed Hasan Murtaza lauded the role of former Governor Chudhary Muhammad Sarwar for declaring Punjab and California as sister provinces.
He also appluded the role Chudhary Muhammad Sarwar for his efforts for earlier getting Generalised Scheme of Preferences Plus (GSP+) statu for country.
Former Governor Chudhary Muhammad Sarwar said that there is dire need of political stability in country especially in Punjab.
