Bank holiday in Pakistan on the first day of Ramzan 2024

KARACHI – Banks in Pakistan will stay shut for all open dealings on first day of Ramzan 2024, State Bank declared.

A notice gave by national bank said bank occasion will be seen on the principal day of Ramadan and public dealings will stay shut for the derivation of Zakat.

“State Bank of Pakistan will stay shut for public managing on first Ramadan-ul-Mubarak, 1445 A.H., which will be seen as ‘Bank Occasion’ for reason for derivation of Zakat,” the national bank said.

All bank offices, advancement monetary foundations (DFIs), and microfinance banks (MFBs) will be shut to general society on first day of 10th Islamic month.
