Punjab Governor Muhammad Baligh ur Rehman has lauded the effective working of Provincial Ombudsman Punjab.
Addressing the ceremony in Lahore today, he said that the number of filed complaints in the Provincial Ombudsman office has increased considerably which shows its effectiveness.
He praised the Provincial Ombudsman’s performance for solving overseas Pakistanis’ issues as well.
Punjab Governor said that the Provincial Ombudsman office is a platform to solve public grievances speedily.
He said that all stakeholders should play their role for addressing public complaints without any delay.He said that information technology plays a vital role for improvement in departments and Ombudsman Punjab utilises ICT in a better way.
He said that we should try to do good deeds and protect ourselves from bad ones.
