Islamabad: Army Chief General Asim Munir said that the events of May 9 are very sad and condemnable.

The nation will neither forgive nor forget those who hurt the dignity of the martyrs.

According to ISPR, Army Chief General Asim Munir visited Police Line Islamabad on the occasion of Pakistan Martyrs’ Day.

IG Islamabad Police Dr. Akbar Nasir Khan welcomed the Army Chief.

The Army Chief while addressing the heirs of police officers, soldiers and martyrs said that the events of May 9 are very sad and condemnable.

The nation will neither forgive nor forget those who hurt the dignity of the martyrs.

Army Chief General Asim Munir said that no one can erase the sacrifices of the martyrs.

Pakistan army, police and security agencies are symbols of the state.

All institutions are like a leaden wall for the protection of the country.

The people and the Pakistan Army stand with the families of the martyrs.
