On the instructions of Punjab Chief Minister Maryam Nawaz, Special Assistant for Political Affairs Zeeshan Malik visited Rawalpindi on the occasion of Eid Milad-un-Nabi Sallallah-o-Alaihe Wa Aalehe Wassallum and reviewed arrangements.
During the visit, Commissioner Rawalpindi Amir Khattak briefed him on the various programs and gatherings being organized across the division in connection with Eid Milad-un-Nabi Sallallah-o-Alaihe Wa Aalehe Wassallum.
MNA Hanif Abbasi, MNA Daniyal Chaudhry, Parliamentary Secretary Ziaullah Shah, Malik Iftikhar, RPO Babar Sarfaraz Alpa, and DC Rawalpindi Hassan Waqar Cheema along with public representatives and district administration officers were also present on this occasion.
Commissioner Rawalpindi Amir Khattak informed SACM Zeeshan Malik about the security and monitoring arrangements for the processions and gatherings.
SACM Zeeshan Malik along with the administration, visited various areas and reviewed the ongoing programs of Eid Milad-un-Nabi Sallallah-o-Alaihe Wa Aalehe Wassallum.
He also visited the central monitoring room at the Rawalpindi Commissioner’s Office, met with the staff, and distributed sweets.
Zeeshan Malik attended several ongoing Milad programs met with people and distributed sweets.
Speaking on the occasion, Zeeshan Malik said that the Seerat of the Prophet Muhammad Sallallah-o-Alaihe Wa Aalehe Wassallum is a blessing for the entire world as the beloved Prophet Muhammad Sallallah-o-Alaihe Wa Aalehe Wassallum is the mercy for all worlds (Rahmat-ul-Amin).
He said that foolproof security arrangements have been made for all programs of the devotees of the Holy Prophet Muhammad Sallallah-o-Alaihe Wa Aalehe Wassallum.
He emphasized that the day of 12th Rabi-ul-Awwal is of immense reverence and respect for the entire Muslim Ummah and the blessed life of the Holy Prophet Hazrat Muhammad Sallallah-o-Alaihe Wa Aalehe Wassallum is a guiding light for us all.
