Old building of Pakistani consulate in America is in danger of collapsing

Washington: The building owned by the Pakistani embassy in America is feared to collapse, the building code of the building has been changed.

The historic building has been upgraded from class three to class four of the building code. According to media reports, the building is in a dilapidated condition, in danger of collapsing, a notice has been put on the building by the local government, while the tax on the historic building has also increased.

The building has been vacant for fifteen years, the building’s diplomatic status was revoked in 2018.

The historic building was supposed to be auctioned, but the auction was put on hold in January.
