After the NAB Ordinance, the Accountability Court closed the case against Ishaq Dar. The record of the case against Ishaq Dar was in the accountability court. On the other hand, the accountability court issued a non-bailable arrest warrant for Mons Elahi in alleged corruption in development projects in Lahore.
