Following the directives of Chief Minister Punjab, Maryam Nawaz Sharif, Tourism Development Corporation of Punjab (TDCP) has set up an information desk at Lahore Airport to promote tourism.
In this regard, Secretary Tourism Fareed Ahmad Tarar monitored the TDCP counter established at Lahore Airport.
Speaking on the occasion, Secretary Tourism Fareed Ahmad Tarar said that visitors arriving at Lahore Airport can now easily access information about Punjab’s tourist destinations.
He said that Punjab is home to immense natural beauty as well as countless archaeological treasures.
He said that tourists visiting Lahore will now be able to obtain all the necessary information right at the airport.
Fareed Tarar said that TDCP has set up two setups at Lahore Airport.
He said that TDCP representatives will be present at both the arrival lounge and the departure lounge to guide people.
He informed that screens will soon be installed at the airport to further enhance tourism promotion efforts.
