Ankara: A famous Turkish actress committed suicide by shooting herself in the head.
According to a Turkish media report, 36-year-old actor Murphy Kayalp ended his life by shooting himself in the head with his father’s licensed pistol.
The Turkish actress was at her residence in Dalaman, Mugla province.
Reports further state that the neighbors of the Turkish actress informed the police after hearing the gunshots. When the police arrived at the scene, they found actress Murphy Kealup dead. The body was shifted to the hospital for post-mortem.
Turkey’s showbiz community has expressed deep sorrow over the sudden death of Murphy Kayalp. Murphy’s TV series credits include “The Warrior,” “Meter of Honor,” “Scaria Firat,” “The Little Day,” “Dreams and Hopes,” and “Elf.”
