Following an examination by Luton Exchanging Norms, a Luton business has been indicted for selling non-obligation paid cigarettes and doctor prescribed prescriptions.
Grigore Chita, matured 59 of Strip Road, Luton, from Chita Shop Restricted, exchanging as La Nea Grigore based at Wellington Road, Luton, was condemned at Luton Judges on 28 November 2024.
The court heard that deals of fake cigarettes had occurred at the premises and when visited by Exchanging Norms and HMRC, was in control of north of 400 unfamiliar marked medications.
