ISLAMABAD – The survey petitions under Article 63-A has been planned for hearing.
As per reports, the Appointed authorities Panel chose to plan the knowing about the 63-A survey petitions on September 30.
A five-part seat, headed by Boss Equity Qazi Faez Isa, will hear the case.
The seat will incorporate Equity Muneeb Akhtar, Equity Aminuddin Khan, Equity Jamal Mandokhail, and Equity Mazhar Alam Miankhel.
A five-part bigger seat has likewise been framed for the sound holes case, which will be going by Equity Mansoor Ali Shah. The seat will incorporate Equity Yahya Afridi, Equity Aminuddin Khan, Equity Jamal Mandokhail, and Equity Musarrat Hilali.
