Religious Leaders from Various Sects cut Christmas cake at office of Faces Pakistan


A splendid Christmas celebration was organized at the FACES Pakistan office to double the joy of Christmas with religious leaders from various sects. The event brought together religious and social personalities, who shared in the festive spirit of Christmas. The prominent attendees included Pandit Rakesh Chand, Chairman of Pakistan Sanatan Dharm, Maulana Asim Makhdoom, Chairman of the All-Sects Board, Javed William, the president of FACES Pakistan and other notable figures.
In his welcoming address, Javed William, the head of FACES Pakistan, emphasized the importance of spreading the message of religious harmony, tolerance, and love. He stated, “The celebration of Christmas reminds us of the teachings of Jesus Christ, which promote peace, humanity, and service to others. We must follow these principles to foster social harmony and mutual respect. Maulana Asim Makhdoom, delivered a speech in which he said, “Christmas teaches us that serving humanity and helping one another is our ultimate responsibility. It is our duty to eliminate all forms of hatred and foster an atmosphere of love and brotherhood among ourselves. Pandit Rakesh Chand, in his address, said, This is the time when we must come together to make the world a better place. The message of Christmas is one of love and peace, and we should incorporate this message into our lives. Father James Channan, during his speech, shared, “Christmas is a time of joy, celebration, and sharing. It reminds us of the message of Jesus Christ, which is about peace, tolerance, and compassion. We must increase the power of love in our hearts so that we can live in a better world.
All attendees gathered to cut the Christmas cake together and offered prayers for the peace and prosperity of Pakistan. They also pledged to continue playing an active role in promoting interfaith harmony and love in the country.
