PJA organizes a training Course on Financial Discipline for District and Sessions Judges/DDOs

Punjab Judicial Academy has launched a training course on financial discipline for district and sessions judges across the province. All 159 district and sessions judges across the province participated. The course was aim to provide judges with comprehensive training on financial management and discipline.

The training course was inaugurated by Director-General of the Punjab Judicial Academy, Justice (Retd) Sardar Ahmad Naeem. Addressing the participants, Justice Naeem emphasized the importance of financial discipline in the administration of justice. He highlighted the need for judges to have a thorough understanding of financial management and discipline to ensure the effective administration of justice. He told that the training course has covered various topics, including the Punjab Public Finance Management Act 2022, Punjab Treasury Rules, Punjab Finance Rules, and Punjab Delegation of Financial Powers Rules 2016.

In addition to the training course on financial discipline, the Punjab Judicial Academy has also launched a six-day training course on the scrutiny of revenue documents. The course aims to provide judicial officers with comprehensive training on the scrutiny of revenue documents to ensure the effective administration of justice. The training course on the scrutiny of revenue documents will be attended by 31 judicial officers, including additional district and sessions judges, senior civil judges, and civil judges.
