Punjab Chief Minister Chudhary Pervaiz Elahi directed all relevant departments to work integratedly for helping flood affectees.
In a statement, he directed to take all measures to deal with river flooding in Rajanpur, Taunsa Sharif and in Dera Gazi Khan.
He directed to speed up rescue operation and shift necessary tools and machinery in affected areas.
He directed to establish mobile teams besides medical and veterinary fixed camps. He directed to ensure provision of tents and dry ration to affected people.
He directed to take all measures for shifting people from low lying areas to safe places.He said rehabilitation of flood affectees is priority of our government.
