The ceremony of second Anna Molka Awards was held at the Grand Hall of the College of Art and Design. The award has been divided into two main categories mainly for artists under forty years, for those who are above this age. The selected work, by the committee comprised prominent artists and art critics, has also been displayed as a show par excellence. Prominent artist and academician Dr Rahat Naved Masud inaugurated the show whereas Prof Dr Amra Raza, Dean Faculty of Arts and Humanities of the varsity, attended the ceremony as guest of honour. College Principal Prof Dr Sumera Jawad welcomed all the guests and artists who participated in this unique exhibition. She also congratulated the winners of the second Anna Molka Award and also briefed the audience about the aims and objectives behind this award and the related exhibition. The ceremony and the show were attended by the college faculty, students, artists and artlovers in great number. The show would remain open for a week for visitors.
