LONDON: Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif has said that all the institutions in the country should play their constitutional role by remaining in the circle because it is the survival and security of Pakistan.

Talking to the media in London, PM Shehbaz Sharif said that in the past, the opposition was sent to jail in fake cases. “Today dozens of bails are granted in the court, no one will accept this double standard, the double standard of any society. Therefore, it is not healthy, justice should be seen,” he added.

prime minister said that his prayer is that the Supreme Court and other institutions should serve Pakistan together. “Confrontation between institutions is not in the interest of the country,” he said by adding, “The limits of all institutions are defined in the constitution and all institutions have to play their role within the constitutional limits.”

He said that the Parliament is doing its best at this time, everyone has to respect the supremacy of the Parliament, he maintained. PM Shehbaz Sharif further said, “We are playing a role for the supremacy of the constitution and law, no sacrifice will be spared for the supremacy of the constitution.”

He asserted, “We will get Pakistan out of the difficult situation soon, the government is fully prepared to deal with the challenges.”
