A performance review meeting for Iqbal Town and Sadar Divisions took place at the Capital City Police Office, chaired by CCPO Lahore Bilal Siddique Kamyana. The session extensively evaluated the performance of both divisions, the overall law and order situation, and various professional matters. CCPO Bilal Siddique Kamyana urged DSP (Investigation) Township Shoaib Khan, alongside SHO and In-charge (Investigation) Green Town, to enhance their performance, emphasizing zero tolerance for apathy and negligence in the police department.
During the meeting, Chief of Lahore Police issued orders to expedite the arrest and prosecution of criminals, habitual thieves, robbers, and drug dealers. He stressed the acceleration of intelligence-based operations against anti-social elements, including cases of murder, attempted murder, robbery, and incidents of dacoity. The Chief also directed SHOs to take decisive action against motorcycle theft and robbery gangs, emphasizing that any negligence would not be acceptable.
Addressing the meeting, CCPO Lahore emphasized that police officers and officials should wholeheartedly fulfill their responsibilities, playing a crucial role in eradicating crime and fostering a peaceful environment in the city. The meeting included a moment of condolence for the father of SHO Gulshan Ravi Dilawar Ali Bhutta, with CCPO Bilal Siddique Kamyana and other participants reciting Fateha.
The attendees included DIG (Investigation) Imran Kishwar, SSP (Admin) Atif Nazir, and SSP (Investigation) Anoosh Masood Chaudhry. Additionally, SPs, ASPs, Circle Officers, SHOs, and Incharges (Investigation) of Iqbal Town and Sadar Divisions were present.
