In Punjab, fourth anti-polio campaign of the year began in provincial metropolis Lahore today.
The anti polio will continue till 28th of this month including two catch-up days in Lahore.
In a statement, Deputy Commissioner Lahore Muhammad Ali said almost two million children will administer in this polio campaign while more than 6 thousand polio workers are participating in this campaign. He said strict arrangements has taken for security of polio workers. He appealed parents to cooperate in this campaign.
Meanwhile CCPO Lahore Ghulam Mehmood Dogar has said that more than 1200 Officers and Jawans of Lahore Police will perform security duties during this drive.
