An exhibition of textile-based artworks by Punjab University College of Art and Design students started in Alhamra. Executive Director Alhamra Zulfiqar Ali Zulfi inaugurated the show along with Principal Sumaira Jawad. The exhibition featured 150 artworks by 50 young artists have been displayed in the three-day exhibition. Executive Director Alhamra Zulfiqar Ali Zulfi saw the artworks and appreciated the efforts of the artists.On this occasion, Executive Director Lahore Arts Council Zulfiqar Ali Zulfi has said that due to the special interest of our young artists, the field of art is improving day by day, making art a means of expression as an inspiring medium. He further said that the College of Art and Design, under the leadership of Sumaira Jawad, is on the path of development.The Principal College of Art and Design PU, Sumaira Jawad, said that the platform of Alhamra has always encouraged the promotion of art, which is why our youth are flocking to Alhamra in large numbers.
