Punjab Home Minister Atta Ullah Tarar says strict action will be taken against those who will spread anarchy during by election to be held on Sunday.
He stated this while chairing a review meeting regarding security of by-election in Lahore today.
Speaking on this occasion, he said that section 144 has been imposed on display of arms. He said that crackdown will be carried out on display of arms. He said that Punjab government imposed restriction to enter Ali Amin Gandapur and Maqbool Gujjar to maintain law and order situation in the province.
He said holding of transparent elections will be ensured in by elections.
