In connection with upcoming Christmas, various cake cutting ceremonies being going on in private and government institutions across the Punjab. In this regard a simple ceremony held at DGPR’s headquarters where Spokesperson Punjab Government Musarret Jamshaid Cheema cut the Christmas cake along withPTI MPAs Mahinder Pall singh and Samuel Yaqub. DGPR Punjab Rao Parvez Akhtar welcomed the distinguished guests and extended Christmas greetings to the Christian community. On this occasion, Musarret Jamshaid Cheema said that credit goes to PTI to celebrate Christmas with full zeal and enthusiasm in all over Pakistan while in Punjab, all the religious days being celebrated at official level. MPA Mahender Pall Singh said that it is a matter of great joy that Christmas is being celebrated in public and private institutions across Punjab and the followers of other religions also joining in joys of Christian community, Which definitely uprising the positive impact of Pakistan around the world. Samuel Yaqoob while praising the Public Relations Department of Punjab said that without a doubt this organization having unique importance to ensure factual news.The role of DGPR was commendable as inform the public through print, electronic and social media is commendable. On this occasion Additional DGPR Rubina Khan, Director Javed Younis, Deputy Director Zulfiqar Ali, Ishtiaq Amin and Haseeb Zaidi and other officials were present.
