Social Welfare Society School presented Rs3m cheque to Punjab Governor for for Flood affectees

Punjab Governor Muhammad Baleegh ur Rehman has said that nations are recognized by the practical character of their children.

He was talking during meeting with student delegation of Social Welfare Society School Mughalpura Lahore in Governor’ House Lahore today.

The delegation, led by Principal Mrs. Tahseen, presented the Governor a cheque worth three million rupees for the flood victims.

Punjab Governor said the students set a great example by collecting flood relief funds for their brethren in the difficult time. Later, General Secretary of Social Welfare Society Prof. Samiullah Khan and School Principal Mrs. Tahsin also briefed Governor Punjab about the performance of the school.

On behalf of Social Welfare Society Mughalpura, the president of the society, Muhammad Saleem Khan, also presented a cheque of one million rupees to Governor Punjab for the Prime Minister’s Flood Relief Fund.
