Railways Minister Khawaja Saad Rafique directed railways officials for timely departure and arrival of trains on the occasion of Eid-ul-Azha.
He stated this while chairing a high level meeting at Railways Headquarters in Lahore today.
He directed that no compromise will be made on safety of passengers and ensure coronavirus standard operating procedures SOPs. He said journey of progress and development of Pakistan Railways has been started.
In an another meeting, the Railways Minister was briefed about optical fiber cable policy. It was informed that railways officials will study three commercial models in this regard.
