Punjab Governor Muhammad Baligh ur Rehman says Pakistan and Türkiye have deep brotherly relationship based on historical, religious & cultural values.
He stated this during a meeting with a high level delegation led by Director General European Union and Foreign Affairs Ministry of Health of Türkiye Dr. Sclami and Consul General Türkiye Lahore Emir Ozbay at Governor House in Lahore today.
The meeting discussed bilateral relationship in the field of the health sector. Pakmedica forum and health business fourms were discussed during the meeting.
Talking to them, the Governor said that Recep Tayyip Erdogan Hospital Muzaffargarh is providing best health facilities to the people of Southern Punjab.He said that both the countries have opportunity for enhancement of business avenues in the health sector and with cooperation of Türkiye hospital could be established.
He said that eradication of poverty, progress on health and education sector and overcome the energy crisis are the priorities of incumbent government. He said government is providing conducive envioumemt to business companies for investment in country and a German Company is working for the establishment of a private hospital.
He said The Pakmedica Expo and Business Forum will provide an opportunity to benefit from Türkiye’s advanced healthcare technology. He termed holding of Pakmedica expo and business forum is good omen.
