Lala Chaman Lal Becomes first Pakistani Hindu to receive an int’l fellowship degree

Lala Chamanlal, who belongs to the Hindu community in Pakistan, is a resident of Rahim Yar Khan and has been associated with youth of different religions since 2016 while completing various trainings related to promoting peace and interfaith harmony.

Lala Chaman has worked with various organizations to promote multiculturalism in projects like “Youth United for Social Change” and “Peace is Possible Together”.

He is engaged with interfaith youth to highlight the similarities between different religions to promote acceptance and multiculturalism while currently serving as the Chairman of the Samaj Seva Foundation.

Lala Chamanlal was awarded a one-year graduate degree at His Royal Highness Prince King Abdullah Bin Abdulaziz International Center for Interfaith and Intercultural Dialogue (CAISD) – Chaman Lal is the first Pakistani to receive an international fellowship degree from Saudi Arabia’s organization CAISD.

Lala Chamanlal was selected this year for the fellowship of the 2022 International Fellows Program at the King Abdullah Bin Abdulaziz International Center for Interfaith and Intercultural Dialogue. Belonged to eight different religions. Lala Chaman also promoted Pakistani culture weared Sindhi Ajrak. Lala Chaman assured the deputy secretary general of the organization Alameda Ribeiro that message of peace, love and brotherhood will be prompted in the country Pakistan.
