Punjab Chief Minister Hamza Shahbaz has given approval for better healthcare facilities programme in Outdoor Patients Departments of eighty-five Tehsil Headquarters hospitals.
He given this approval while chairing a meeting in Lahore today.
Addressing the meeting, the Chief Minister Hamza Shahbaz Sharif directed to complete better healthcare facilities in OPDs of eighty-five Tehsil Headquarters Hospital within six to eight months.
He said that better healthcare facilities are the right of every citizens.
He expressed dissatisfaction on cleanliness arrangements in hospitals and directed officials of Health Department to devise a comprehensive plan for better cleanliness arrangements in hospitals. He also directed to devise a roadmap to over the shortage of doctors and para medical staff.
