Chinese Consul General to Lahore Zhao Shiren called on Punjab Governor Baligh ur Rehman at Governor House in Lahore today.
Bilateral relationship of both countries and China Pakistan Economic Corridor Projects were discussed during the meeting.
On this occasion, the Governor Punjab expressed best wishes for Zhao Shiren on assuming the charge.
Speaking on this occasion, the Governor said Pakistan and China have fraternal relationship. He said CPEC is the game changer project not only for Pakistan but for the region. He said Pakistan is determined to carry out CPEC projects under the dynamic leadership of Prime Minister Shahbaz Sharif. He said CPEC has many dimensions which lead to progress and prosperity of Pakistan.
On this occasion, Chinese Consul General to Lahore said Pakistan is his second home and expressed hope that incumbent government will complete CPEC projects soon.
