Punjab Governor Muhammad Baligh ur Rehman says business community is backbone of country’s economy that plays pivotal role in progress and development of country.
He stated this during a meeting with delegation of Lahore Chamber of Commerce and Industry led by President LCCI Main Nauman Kabir.
The delegation apprised the Governor about issues being faced by business community.
Talking to them, the Governor said business community provides business opportunities to millions of people.He said political stability is important for economic stability of the country.
On this occasion, the President LCCI stressed the need to increase trade with Asian and African countries.
The Governor assured the delegation to resolve the issues of LCCI.
