Occupied Kashmir, 2 more martyrs, arrests, ban on the main procession of Milad-un-Nabi


Srinagar: In occupied Kashmir, Indian soldiers martyred two more youths in their latest act of state terrorism. During an operation at Kumkudi in Majhal, the two youths were martyred, raids and arrests are going on, 2 more battalions of Indian Central Armed Paramilitary Forces have been deployed in Rajouri and Poonch.

A ban was imposed on the main procession of Eid Milad-ul-Nabi in Occupied Kashmir, which has been condemned by Hurriyat leaders and others, Congress has said that the Modi government is deliberately delaying the holding of elections in Occupied Kashmir.

In Occupied Kashmir, Indian soldiers, paramilitary personnel, the infamous Indian investigative agency NIA and Delhi-controlled State Investigation Agency SIA have also raided Srinagar, Bandipora, Islamabad, Pulwama, Kulgam, Shopian, Kishtwar, Rajouri, Poonch, Harassment of people continued during siege and search operations and house raids in various areas of Kathua and Riasi districts.

Further, the convenor of the All-Party Hurriyat Conference, Azad Jammu and Kashmir branch, Mehmood Ahmed Sagar, strongly condemned the decision of Modi’s fascist Indian government to ban the main procession of Eid Milad-un-Nabi, which was to be taken out from Lal Chowk, Srinagar in occupied Jammu and Kashmir. According to Kashmir Media Service, Mahmood Ahmad Sagar in a statement issued from Islamabad, the Modi government banned the main procession of Eid Milad-ul-Nabi from Lal Chowk, apart from Hurriyat leaders, human rights activists and journalists. Strongly condemned the raids of Indian forces and investigative agencies on the houses and harassment of the residents.

Apart from this, the Indian government has deployed 2 more battalions of Indian Central Armed Paramilitary Forces personnel in the twin districts of Rajouri and Poonch to make the innocent Kashmiris in Occupied Kashmir more targets of state terrorism and cruelty. Raman Bhalla, the working president of the Indian National Congress in occupied Jammu and Kashmir, severely criticized the Indian government of Modi for distorting the unique identity of the Kashmiri people and revoking the special status and taking away all basic rights. It is delaying the holding of elections.
