Farooq Abdullah said that in his latest initiative, he has allotted five marla land to 9 thousand people so far under the scheme of giving land to those who do not own land.

Farooq Abdullah openly criticized the Modi government and Indian policies. Experts say that most of the people who have been allotted land are Hindus. Take notice of India’s illegal actions and put pressure on India to resolve the Kashmir conflict peacefully in accordance with the relevant resolutions of the United Nations and the aspirations of the Kashmiris. Leaders and organizations of the All-Party Hurriyat Conference, including Farida Behnji, Democratic Political Movement, Jammu and Kashmir Freedom Front and Jammu and Kashmir Employees Movement, strongly condemned the ban on the pro-Hurriyat organization Democratic Freedom Party by the Modi government in their statements.
