Due to smog, government and private schools up to the higher secondary level have been closed in four divisions of Punjab, including Lahore, Gujranwala, Multan, and Faisalabad.
In this regard, the Director General of the Environmental Protection Agency Punjab, Dr. Imran Hamid Sheikh, has issued a notification that will be in effect from tomorrow until the 17th of this month.
Both private and government schools up to the 12th grade and A-Levels will remain closed and will switch to online classes.
