The Punjab Judicial Academy is conducting a series of training programs on forensic science, medico-legal, post-mortem, arms and ammunition analysis for judicial officers. The latest training program in this series commenced today.
Director-General Punjab Judicial Academy, Justice (Retd) Sardar Ahmad Naeem, while addressing at the inaugural session, emphasized that dispensing justice is not just a job but a sacred trust bestowed by Almighty Allah. He stressed that judges who fear Allah Almighty have no fear of any worldly power and are able to deliver justice without any pressure. DG Sardar Ahmad Naeem highlighted the importance of post-mortem reports in criminal cases, stating that they are crucial in determining the fate of individuals. He emphasized that judicial officers must thoroughly understand post-mortem reports and other factors in criminal cases to ensure justice is served.
The training program will continue for six days, and 30 participants include Additional District and Sessions Judges, Senior Civil Judges, and Civil Judges. The Punjab Judicial Academy’s Advisor and Director Administration, Muhammad Hafeez Ullah Khan, and Director Research, Bushra Zaman, were also present at the inaugural session.
This training program is part of the Punjab Judicial Academy’s commitment to providing ongoing training and education to judicial officers to enhance their skills and knowledge in dispensing justice.
