A six-day training course on the in-depth analysis of revenue documents concluded at the Punjab Judicial Academy.
The concluding session was presided over by the Director Research of PJA, Ms. Bushra Zaman, and attended by Director Program Mr. Mansoor Ahmed Khan, Director Training Mr. Irum Ayaz, and senior instructors of the academy, including Mahmood Azam, Ayesha Khalid and Muhammad Khalid Khan.
In her address, Bushra Zaman emphasized the importance of training programs for judicial officers, stating that it is the vision of the Chief Justice of the Lahore High Court and the Director-General PJA, to organize unique and effective training programs. She highlighted that the primary objective of every institution linked to the justice system is to provide speedy and quality justice to the people.
Ms. Bushra Zaman encouraged judicial officers to make training programs a part of their judicial proceedings, so that the people can benefit from them. She also advised judicial officers to make decisions based on merit and justice, and expressed good wishes for the participants of the training program.
Earlier, Additional District and Sessions Judge Muhammad Asim Shahzad, the representing the participants of the training program, expressed his views. He stated that the training program, along with the teachings of the Quran, is an excellent step taken by the Punjab Judicial Academy, which helps in character building, motivation and moral development of judicial officers.
He added that the academy has always maintained its tradition of organizing effective and unique training programs, which helps in ensuring speedy and quality justice.Thirty judicial officers, including Additional District and Sessions Judges, Senior Civil Judges, and Civil Judges, participated in the third six-day training program. Director PJA, Bushra Zaman distributed certificates among the judicial officers who completed the training course.
