Provincial Minister for Education Rana Sikander Hayat distributed the appointment orders among the newly appointed Education officers, on Tuesday
While addressing the ceremony, the Minster expressed hope that they will leave no stone unturned in the discharge of their obligations. He directed the DEOs to evolve a comprehensive and targeted enrollment campaign for the out of school children besides the effective monitoring system and restored the extra curriculum activities in the schools.
He also announced the surprised rewards for those who will exhibited extra ordinary performance. He said zero tolerance regime has been activated on the complaint of harassment by female teachers.
Rana Sikander said that computer labs of the schools should be made more vibrant. He said that new computer courses in accordance with the demands of modern era should be introduced in the schools.
He also directed the DCO of concerned district to arrange the proper residence for the newly selected female District Education Officers. He said that 100 percent merit has been ensured in the interview as well as appointment of all newly elected DEOs. Appointment orders were distributed among 35 CEO, 12 DEOs and 54 DDEOs.
