Israeli forces kill potential successors to Hezbollah leader, says Netanyahu

Israeli powers have killed the future replacements of late Hezbollah pioneer Sayyed Hassan Nasrallah, Israeli State head Benjamin Netanyahu said on Tuesday, without naming them.

“We’ve debased Hezbollah’s abilities. We took out a large number of fear mongers, including Nasrallah himself and Nasrallah’s substitution, and the substitution of the substitution,” Netanyahu said in a pre-recorded video message.

Prior, Israeli Safeguard Clergyman Yoav Chivalrous said Hashem Safieddine, the man expected to supplant the killed Nasrallah, had most likely been “disposed of”. It was not promptly clear who Netanyahu implied by the “substitution of the substitution”.
